Thank every donor by name
A thank-you that says the donor's name, in the voice of someone at the organization. Record the thanks once and one short clip per donor, and MyAudioMessage builds a message for every one of them.
- Maria,
- Thomas,
- Aisha,
this is Jordan from Riverside Food Bank. I wanted to thank you myself. Your gift this winter keeps our pantry shelves stocked through March. It means a great deal to the families we see every week.
A receipt confirms. A voice thanks.
Hearing their own name, from a real person, tells a donor the gift was noticed by someone, not just processed.
Real voice, real names
Nothing is generated. Every name is spoken by the person who recorded the thank-you.
Every donor, not just major ones
A personal call for the top of the list, and a personal message for everyone else on it.
Names kept for next time
Donor names stay in a clip library, ready for the year-end appeal or the next giving day. Only the message is new.
Giving days and year-end
Thank-yous are most welcome close to the gift. Names already recorded for the last campaign mean the next round of thanks needs only a new message, so it can go out within days of a giving day rather than weeks.
Questions
Can each donor's thank-you mention their gift amount?
Not within one batch. In MyAudioMessage, only the name changes from one message to the next; everything else is shared. To thank by level, run one batch per giving tier, each with its own message and its own folder of names.
Who should record a donor thank-you?
Whoever donors would most like to hear from: the executive director, a board member, or someone the gift helps directly. The same person should record both the names and the message, so the voice does not change halfway through.
Does a voice message replace the written acknowledgment?
No. A voice thank-you sits alongside the written receipt or acknowledgment letter that donors and tax rules expect; it does not stand in for it.
How do donors receive the messages?
MyAudioMessage produces one audio file per donor, named after them. Send it as an email attachment or text message, load it into a voicemail tool, or give each donor a private link that plays in the browser without an account.
Is the voice AI-generated?
No. MyAudioMessage does not synthesize or clone voices. Each name is recorded by a person, so every donor hears a real person saying their actual name.
