Questions
What counts as a batch?
One assembly job, however many files it produces. A batch that generates 400 personalised messages counts once against your quota.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancelling keeps your plan active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then drops you to Free. Nothing is deleted.
What happens if I upgrade mid-month?
You move to the new plan straight away and only pay the difference — it's prorated onto your next invoice, never charged twice.
And if I move to a cheaper plan?
You keep your current plan and its full allowance until the end of the period you've already paid for, then move down. Nothing changes before then, and you're not charged again until the switch happens.
Do I need to record everything again to change plans?
No. Your segments, batches and templates stay exactly where they are on every plan.
